Here are a few important reminders:


  • New Patients: Please complete all required forms and questionnaires using the provided link before your appointment. If these forms and information are not completed, we will have to reschedule your appointment. 

  • No Show Fee: A $50 fee will be charged for missed appointments, and a fee of $100 will be charged for a missed new patient appointment if notice is not given. To avoid this charge, please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.


  • Medication Refills: All refill requests must be submitted through the portal. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.


  • Treatment Questions: The portal is ideal for inquiries related to your current treatment. However, if you're experiencing a new health concern, please call the office to schedule an appointment—new issues cannot be evaluated through portal messages.


  • Portal Use Fee: Extensive communication via the portal that requires significant time to address may incur a $25 fee. We will notify you of all fees in advance.

    • General Inquiries: For non-urgent medical questions, you can leave a voicemail at 405-595-1115 or send a message through the portal. We strive to respond promptly, but response times may vary depending on the nature of your question.

Please be aware that the providers at Red Key Wellness practice functional and wellness medicine.
Because of this, it is essential that you also maintain an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider (PCP). Your PCP will be necessary for managing acute illnesses, referrals, and any health concerns that fall outside the scope of care provided by Red Key Wellness.
